The cun and locating points
Proportional bone measurement, finger cun, anatomical landmarks, and the typical half-cun errors.
How it starts
A point that is badly located is a point that hasn't been treated. It doesn't matter how good the diagnosis is: if SP6 is needled a centimeter too far forward, you are needling subcutaneous tissue over the tibia and not the point. This is the most practical lesson in the course, and the one worth reviewing with the 3D Map open beside you.
The rest of the lesson opens with Acupuntura I.
In this lesson you will learn
- Use proportional bone measurement and know the most common measurements by heart.
- Apply finger cun and know when it doesn't hold up.
- Locate points by combining cun with anatomical landmarks.
- Recognize the half-cun errors that ruin a treatment.
