Terms of Service

By accessing or using Acupuntura.app and its associated services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"), which constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Campus Astrologia LLC. If you do not accept all of these Terms, do not access or use the Site or the Services.

Effective date: These Terms are effective as of May 1, 2014 and were last updated in September 2026.

Campus Astrologia LLC is a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, responsible for the management and operation of acupuntura.app and its associated services, including shenmen.app. References in these Terms to "Acupuntura.app", "we" or "the company" mean Campus Astrologia LLC in its operation of acupuntura.app.

Acupuntura.app is an online traditional Chinese medicine platform aimed at acupuncture students and professionals. The Services include, among others:

• The Acupuncture Atlas, with freely accessible point and meridian pages, and Atlas Pro, a paid tier with the 3D map, patterns, the vademecum and herbal medicine.
• The Academy: online courses in acupuncture, tuina and Chinese herbal medicine.
• The Clinic: practice management software for acupuncture practices.
• Shenmen, an educational consultation-simulation game.
• Communications, newsletters and training materials sent by email.

The content is intended for training and professional support. It does not replace the clinical judgment of a qualified healthcare professional and does not constitute medical advice.

The company reserves the right to expand, modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Services at any time, with or without notice, except as provided regarding the founder price in the subscriptions section.

The Services are aimed primarily at users in the Americas (North, Central and South America) and the Spanish-speaking community worldwide. Access from any other region of the world is possible, but the user accepts that the Services are not specifically designed to comply with the local regulations of each country and that their use is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, as set out in the section on governing law.

The company does not guarantee that the Services are appropriate, lawful or available in all jurisdictions.

To register and create a member account you must:

• Be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.
• Not have been previously removed from the Services for breaching these Terms.
• Provide truthful, accurate, current and complete information during the registration process.
• Keep that information up to date at all times.

Registration gives the user the status of "Member". Campus Astrologia LLC reserves the right to refuse registration, and to suspend or cancel accounts if false or incomplete information is detected, or in case of breach of these Terms.

Each user may create and maintain only one personal account. Accounts are personal and non-transferable.

You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activities carried out under your account. You must notify Acupuntura.app immediately at soporte@campus‑astrologia.es if you detect any unauthorized access or security breach.

Campus Astrologia LLC is not liable for losses or damages arising from unauthorized use of your account when such use results from your failure to comply with this duty of care.

By using the Services, you agree not to do any of the following:

• Post, transmit or distribute content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, fraudulent or that infringes the rights of third parties.
• Harm minors in any way.
• Impersonate any person or entity, including representatives of Acupuntura.app.
• Post content for which you do not hold the necessary rights or licenses.
• Send unsolicited advertising, spam or any other form of unauthorized commercial communication.
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware or any code designed to interfere with, damage or limit the operation of computer systems.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services, or to associated systems or networks.
• Interfere with other users' normal use of the Services.
• Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell or commercially exploit any part of the Services without express written authorization.
• Collect other users' personal data without their consent.
• Violate any law or regulation applicable in the user's jurisdiction or in Delaware.

Campus Astrologia LLC reserves the right to moderate, remove or reject any content that violates these Terms or that is harmful to the community, and to disclose account information when required by law or a valid legal process.

The user retains ownership of the content they post on the Site (forum contributions, comments, etc.). However, by posting it, you grant Campus Astrologia LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish and display that content for the sole purpose of operating and promoting the Services. This license ends when the user deletes their account or the content in question.

You are solely responsible for the content you post. Campus Astrologia LLC does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or quality of user-generated content.

Ideas, suggestions or proposals voluntarily sent to the company will not be treated as confidential and may be used freely without any obligation of compensation.

The right of withdrawal or return applies only to sales contracts for physical products shipped to a home address, or to those digital products whose description expressly states this right.

Digital or online products —including courses, access, downloads and subscriptions— are not eligible for return, unless the opposite is explicitly stated in the product description. The buyer acknowledges their agreement to these terms at the time of purchase.

For physical products, the return shipping costs are borne by the buyer.

In any case, the maximum period to exercise the right of withdrawal is 7 calendar days from receipt or activation of the product. The buyer must notify their intention within that period by email to soporte@campus‑astrologia.es or through the Site's contact form.

Subscriptions. The Clinic and Atlas Pro are purchased by monthly or annual subscription, which renews automatically at the end of each period and is charged in advance through Stripe. The Clinic subscription includes Atlas Pro for as long as it is in force.

Trial period. Subscriptions begin with a 14-day free trial. To start it you must register a card, which is not charged during the trial. We notify you by email before it ends; if you do not cancel before it ends, the first period is charged when the trial ends. If you cancel during the trial, you are not charged anything.

Cancellation. You can cancel at any time from "Your subscription" in your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid, until which you keep access. Partial periods are not refunded.

Plan changes. You can switch from monthly to annual, or between the Clinic and Atlas Pro, from the same place. The difference is prorated on the next invoice.

Founder price. The first 50 Clinic subscribers on the monthly plan subscribe at the founder price. Acupuntura.app commits to keeping that price on every renewal of that subscription, even if the list price goes up, as long as the subscription remains in force without interruption. The founder price is lost if the subscription ends —through cancellation or unresolved non-payment— or if it is changed to another plan; subscribing again afterwards is done at the list price then in force.

List price changes. An increase in the list price will be notified by email at least 30 days in advance and will apply at the first renewal after that. It does not affect the founder price.

Non-payment. If a charge fails, Stripe retries it over several days and access is maintained in the meantime. If the retries are exhausted, the subscription is canceled and access ends.

Courses and game. The Academy courses and the game are one-time payments with permanent access. Each course also includes one year of Atlas Pro, which does not renew on its own; bundles include one year for each course they contain, and the years are added to any Atlas access you already have.

All content on the Site —including text, graphics, logos, videos, educational material and software— is the property of Campus Astrologia LLC or its content providers, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the Services and use the associated software on a single device, exclusively for the intended purposes. The following is expressly prohibited:

• Copying, modifying, redistributing, selling or sublicensing the software or the content.
• Reverse engineering or attempting to access the software's source code.
• Using the content outside the platform environment without express authorization.

The trademarks, trade names and logos of Campus Astrologia LLC are the exclusive property of the company and may not be used without prior written authorization.

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Campus Astrologia LLC does not warrant:

• That the Services will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free.
• That the results obtained through use of the Services will be accurate or reliable.
• That any error in the software or the content will be corrected within a given period.

Use of the Services is at the user's sole risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Campus Astrologia LLC, its officers, employees, agents, partners and licensors will not be liable to the user for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages —including loss of profits, data or other intangible losses— arising from:

• The use of, or inability to use, the Services.
• The cost of procuring substitute services or products.
• Unauthorized access to the user's transmissions or data.
• Statements or conduct of third parties on the Site.
• Any other matter relating to the Services.

The total liability of Campus Astrologia LLC will in no case exceed the amount paid by the user in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The user agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Campus Astrologia LLC, its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, employees, partners and licensors from any claim, demand, damage, liability, loss or expense —including reasonable legal fees— arising from:

• Content that the user posts or transmits through the Services.
• Use of, or connection to, the Services.
• Violation of these Terms.
• Infringement of the rights of any third party.

The user may cancel their account at any time by writing to soporte@campus‑astrologia.es.

Campus Astrologia LLC reserves the right to suspend, limit or cancel any user's account, without prior notice, for reasons that include, among others:

• Breach of these Terms or of any platform policy.
• A request from legal or governmental authorities.
• Unforeseen technical or security problems.
• Prolonged periods of inactivity.
• Fraudulent or unlawful activity.
• Non-payment, or payment more than 7 calendar days late, of any amount due for use of the Services.

After cancellation, Campus Astrologia LLC may delete the account's content and data, subject to the retention obligations provided by applicable law. The rights over user content acquired by Campus Astrologia LLC before cancellation will survive the termination of the account.

Campus Astrologia LLC reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue the Services —or any part of them— at any time and without prior notice, without incurring liability to the user.

We may also update these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be notified by email or through a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of the Services after the changes are published implies acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree with the modifications, you must stop using the Services.

As Campus Astrologia LLC is a U.S. company, use of the Services may be subject to the export and import laws of the United States and other jurisdictions. The user represents and warrants that:

• They do not appear on any list of persons or entities prohibited by the United States Government.
• They will not transfer software or technology to countries subject to U.S. embargoes or sanctions.
• They will not use the Services for military or nuclear purposes, for weapons of mass destruction, or for any activity that violates U.S. export regulations.

The user also agrees to comply with all local laws applicable in their jurisdiction in relation to the use of the Services.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.

Any claim, action or dispute arising from these Terms or from use of the Services must be brought before the competent courts of Sussex County, Delaware, or before the United States Federal District Court sitting in that State. The user agrees to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of those courts and waives any objection on grounds of territorial or personal jurisdiction.

Claims relating to use of the Services must be filed within one (1) year of the date the cause of action arose, after which they are permanently barred.

Campus Astrologia LLC respects the intellectual property rights of third parties. If you believe that any content posted on the Site infringes your copyright, send a notice that includes:

• The electronic or physical signature of the owner or authorized representative.
• A description of the protected work allegedly infringed.
• The location of the infringing content on the Site.
• Contact details (address, telephone number and email).
• A statement that the use is not authorized by the owner.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are acting as the owner or authorized representative.

Entire agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between the user and Campus Astrologia LLC regarding use of the Services, and supersede any prior agreement.

Severability. If any provision of these Terms is declared invalid or unenforceable by a competent court, the remaining provisions will remain in full force.

No waiver. Campus Astrologia LLC's failure to exercise any right or provision of these Terms will not constitute a waiver of that right.

Non-transferability. The user's account is personal and non-transferable. All rights over the account end upon the death of the holder.

Notices. Campus Astrologia LLC may communicate with the user by email, platform message or other reasonable means. Notices sent to the registered email address will be considered received.

Third parties. These Terms do not create rights in favor of third parties, unless expressly stated.
