Software for your TCM practice

The Clinic

Your patients, what's wrong with them, what you do for them and what you charge. With the Atlas built in, not bolted on. Made by an acupuncturist who uses it in their own practice.

What changes in your practice

Less paperwork, less memory, more time with the patient

  • Open a session and know where you left off

Which session it is, how many days have passed, which points you used. Hit “Repeat this protocol” and adjust.

  • Patients take their chart home

The Ryodoraku measurement as a PDF, showing what's out of range and in which direction. They see what you're treating, and they come back.

  • Never needle what you shouldn't

Pregnancy, anticoagulants, pacemakers: the proposal warns you before you reach the needle.

  • No more hunting through books for the protocol

From the pattern to the vademecum protocol, with its reasoning. Apply it or change it.

  • Nobody owes you sessions without you knowing

Session packs are deducted automatically when you log the treatment.

  • Close the month in a minute

Income by day, by patient and by payment method, as a CSV for your accountant.

One session, start to finish

You examine, measure and decide. The Clinic cross-checks the data for you

1

Examine

四診 · tongue, pulse, interview

Intake by the Eight Principles: tongue, pulse and a fifteen-question interview. The tongue is drawn as you tick boxes: color, shape, coating and Zang-Fu zones, with the zone map one click away.

Every exam is dated in the patient file, so you can see how the picture evolves.

TCM intake: the tongue drawn from what you tick, with body, coating and Zang-Fu zones.
2

Measure

Ryodoraku · 24 readings

The 24 readings, the mean and the ±0.7σ band in the Nakatani style: which channel is out of range and in which direction, at a glance.

Alongside, the five-phase pentacoordination and the regulation recommendations, point by point. The chart downloads as a PDF.

3

Decide

Treatment suggestion

The measurement points to the channel; the intake decides the pattern. A high Ryodoraku reading on the Liver can't tell Qi stagnation from rising Fire; the tongue and the interview can. The Clinic cross-checks both against the Atlas's 185 patterns and shows you why it proposes each one.

Then it brings up the vademecum protocol, divided into Emperor, Ministers and Assistants, with each point marked to tonify or disperse. Apply it to the patient file in one click, or change it entirely.

Clinical suggestion: candidate patterns with their percentage and reasoning, and the vademecum protocol with points to tonify and disperse.
4

Follow up

History and continuity

When you open a treatment, you already know where you left off: which session it is, how many days have passed, how the last measurement came out and which points you used. “Repeat this protocol” copies all four tiers, and then you adjust.

The history brings measurements and treatments together on a single timeline, with the evolution of dispersion in plain view.

Session continuity: session number, days since the last one, dispersion, energy line, organs out of range in the latest measurement and the previous protocol ready to repeat.

What it won't do

“Don't average: retake the pulse and review the measurement before treating.”

That's what the Clinic says when the measurement and the examination disagree. It doesn't give you a middle ground to look like it knows: it tells you something still needs a second look.

  • The suggestion is an opinion, not an order. It's copied into the form and you can rewrite it entirely if it doesn't convince you.
  • Every proposed pattern shows its reasoning: which channel supports it, which signs back it up.
  • When one of the two sources is missing, it says so instead of pretending it has cross-checked.

Safety check

It flags what must not be needled before it proposes it

You tick the flags in the patient file once. From then on, every proposal is checked against them and contraindicated points are marked before you reach the needle, not after.

  • Pregnancy
  • Anticoagulation / clotting disorder
  • Pacemaker or implanted device
  • Epilepsy
  • Diabetes
  • Immunosuppression
  • Lymphedema / lymph node dissection

Chrono-acupuncture

The organ clock, set to your sun

The textbooks say the Lung starts at three. But the sun doesn't rise at the same time in Madrid as in Buenos Aires, or in January as in June. You enter your city and the Clinic anchors the twelve periods to your actual sunrise, recalculated every day. If you prefer the textbook clock, that's there too.

  • Channel at its hour. Which one is at its peak right now and how long it has left, on the twelve-branch clock.
  • Zi Wu Liu Zhu. Which point to tonify and which to sedate in this period, using the Mother and Child points.
  • Ling Gui Ba Fa. The point that opens the Extraordinary Vessel at this hour, and its coupled point.
  • Also on the 3D map. The active channel follows you across the model, without leaving the Atlas.

Calculated from your practice's latitude and longitude

Chrono-acupuncture: the twelve-branch clock with the active channel, the windows to tonify and disperse and the point opened by Ling Gui Ba Fa.

History

The whole progression, on one line

Measurements and treatments in order, with the pattern treated, the distribution of points and how dispersion moves from one session to the next. What used to live in three notebooks.

Included

Atlas Pro comes built in

All 583 points, all 185 patterns, the vademecum with its protocols worked out, herbal medicine and the 3D map. It's not a sales add-on: the Clinic uses it from the inside to suggest treatments and to check the safety of every point.

On its own it costs $9/month

Founders program · 50 spots · October 15 to December 25

We're looking for 50 acupuncturists to help us shape it

The Clinic was born in a working practice. Now we want it to grow with yours. Founders don't just pay less: they decide what comes next.

A WhatsApp chat answered by the people who build the Clinic, not a ticket system.

  • Your vote on the roadmap

You choose what gets built next. The most-voted item goes first.

  • We move your records for you

If you're coming from Excel, paper or another program, we handle the transfer with you.

Questions before you start

Why do you ask for a card to try it?

So that when the trial ends, you carry on without interruptions or paperwork. It's 14 days with everything unlocked and nothing is charged until day 15. Three days before the first charge you get an email reminding you, with a link to cancel; if you cancel, you pay nothing.

Do I need a Ryodoraku device?

No. TCM intake works on its own and the suggestion works with whatever data there is. With a measurement, it also cross-checks the two sources and tells you whether they agree.

Does the suggestion decide the treatment?

No. It proposes, with its reasoning and the vademecum protocol; you apply it, change it or ignore it. Whoever holds the needle decides.

Who can see my patients?

Only you. Every practice is isolated from the others, and everything you print carries a confidential mark.

What is the founder price?

The first 50 subscribers to the monthly plan between October 15 and December 25 pay $19/month and keep it on every renewal, even if the list price goes up. They also get a direct line to us, vote on the roadmap, and we move their patient records for them.

Can I switch from monthly to annual?

Yes, from your account, whenever you like.
