Plates license

Use them on your website, in your classes or your notes: CC BY-ND 4.0

The point plates and the channel pathways come from our own 3D model. We want them to travel: anyone can publish them, on two simple conditions.

What you can do

  • Publish them on your website, blog or social media.
  • Use them in courses, notes, slides and printed material.
  • Use them commercially: on your clinic's website or in a paid course.
  • Resize them to fit your page.

On two conditions

  1. 1Credit the source with a link to the Atlas page. On paper, PDFs or slides, with the address written out.
  2. 2Don't modify it: don't crop the caption or the logo, redraw it or remove the credit.

What it covers

The plates of the 583 points and the pathways of the 14 channels, in Spanish and English.

What it doesn't cover

The texts of the Atlas pages, the herbal medicine photographs and the Atlas Pro content remain all rights reserved. Quoting a short sentence with its link is always welcome.

Attribution kit

Every Atlas page has a «Use this plate» button that gives you the code ready-made. This is how it looks on a website, with ST36 as the example:

Location of point ST36 · Leg Three Miles on the 3D model

Frequently asked questions

Can I use it in a paid course?
Yes. The license allows commercial use, always with the credit and unmodified.
Can I translate the labels?
No: that would be modifying it. Each plate has an English version, on the English Atlas page.
Can I crop just the area of the point?
No. The plate goes whole, with its caption: that's where the name, location and authorship are.
Do I need to ask for permission?
No. Just meet the two conditions. If you want a different use, write to us.
